The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Cell at Gojan School of Business and Technology is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and protecting the creative works of our faculty and students. We provide guidance and support for identifying, protecting, and managing intellectual property generated through research and development activities.
Our goal is to transform academic research into valuable intellectual assets that contribute to technological advancement and economic growth.
Submit the invention disclosure form detailing technical aspects.
Conduct a thorough search to ensure novelty.
Prepare specification and file with Patent Office.
Address subsequent examinations until grant.
