Science and Humanities

About the Department

The Department of Science and Humanities has been functioning since 2005 with the aim to provide the students with deep insights into basic sciences and lays a solid foundation to the engineering students during their first year. It is a multidisciplinary department which always focussed to lay the profound foundation for all Engineering disciplines. The Department has provided an ambience and infrastructure for the students to become researchers and innovators. It imparts valuable education on communicative and technical English, Engineering mathematics, Engineering Physics and Engineering Chemistry. Under S & H, the Department of English conducts Language lab for the students to strengthen their communication and soft skills. The Physics and Chemistry laboratory are fully equipped to help the students learn the experiments and protocols; crystal-clearly to ensure our students to become a outstanding engineers and scientists in future. The Department of Mathematics works hard to assist the students to understand the difficult concepts which will enable them in their pursuit of reasoning, analytical and application skills.

Department has well-experienced and highly qualified faculty members with the passion of service in heart and curious foresight in mind to inspire the aspirants of engineering education to climb up the height of the success. The department continuously makes consistent and strenuous efforts to advance the determined dissemination of knowledge of all kinds. It actively involves in the early development of students’ personality, communication and soft skills to make them competitive enough to progress in the international volatile job market.
